We went parasailing and scuba diving, both awesome experiences. The outdoor pool and kids' club were perfect for some downtime. Just keep in mind that the dining options are a bit repetitive at breakfast. Overall, a solid pick for a fun group trip!

One thing to note, I found the mattress rather firm, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for me. Just a heads up if you're sensitive to bedding.

The pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds, easy to relax without the early morning rush. Breakfast offered a nice variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit options. However, the check-in process was rough. I had to wait a long time, and the staff didn’t provide much information about amenities or the free shuttle. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which was disappointing. Additionally, I noticed some staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times, which affected the service quality. I also dealt with little red ants in the room, which was unsettling. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, right near the ocean and close to the airport. I enjoyed the overall ambiance but would suggest improvements in service and room maintenance.

The pool area was fantastic, offering a nice space to relax. Loved the mini fridge in the room for chill drinks. The hotel even had a neat promenade for evening strolls, which was a bonus. Plus, the mini golf kept us entertained! The staff really made it nice, especially with their friendly support.

Checked in for a week and loved the sea view from our room. Great cocktails at the bar and the breakfast buffet had tons of options, though wait times for fresh eggs were a bit annoying. Housekeeping was on point! Location is perfect for morning beach walks, but don’t expect much nightlife around.

Enjoyed morning swims in the chill of the pool. the nearby village of Santa Cruz was delightful to explore, with friendly locals and cozy cafes.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep us cool, making some restless nights as we tossed and turned in the heat.

It was just a fine choice for a concise stay in Santa Cruz with excellent value for money. The cleaning services were a bit lacking as the garbage wasn't emptied for days. Plan for extra time at check-in since it can take a while.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in a comfortable Twin Room. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making my solo trip enjoyable. I appreciated the fresh buffet offerings, especially the homemade desserts. For future guests, remember to utilize the shuttle service for easy access to Funchal!
